Yulia Shutova, female, was born in city of Khabarovsk , Russia in 1983. She currently lives in Sydney, Australia. Yulia has been always fascinated by the Chinese ancient art of Taiji while she was growing up and learning about the neighbor country traditions and culture. She studied the art of Chinese tea ceremony and traditional Chines painting and loved watching people practicing Taiji. In 2014, she had the honor to meet Master Sun Yuliang, the 12th generation successor of Chen-style Taijiquan. Yulia was immediately impressed by the master's exquisite Taiji Kung Fu. After practicing with the teacher for a period of time, her physical and mental fitness improved significantly. From then on, Yulia decided to follow the teacher to learn traditional Chen style Taijiquan, weapons, push hands, Taijiquan principles, etc. , In almost ten years, under the strict requirements and careful guidance of the teacher, she has successively learned Chen Style Taijiquan Old Frame 1, Old Frame 2, Chen Style Taiji Sword, Tai Chi Pushing Hands. Years of practice have deeply felt the profoundness of the ancient Tai Chi culture and the infinite charm of traditional Chen-style Tai Chi, which has also become my unremitting motivation to continue learning and exploring the mysteries of Tai Chi.

2017 -2018 studied Chen Style Taijiquan Old Frame 1, Old Frame 2 and Chen Style Taiji Sword with Master Sun Yuliang in Sydney

2019 - 2020 studied Chen Style Taiji Sword, Tai Chi Pushing Hands with Master Sun Yuliang in Sydney

2020 – 2023 Continued practice Chen Style Taijiquan

2023 – present – continue practice under supervision of Master Sun Yuliang

For more than ten years, I am grateful to the teacher for his hard work and selfless teaching and training. Although I have a long way to go to excel, I will continue to follow the teacher to learn the traditional Chen style Taijiquan with focus on the future improvements, so as to achieve success in learning and to pay my deep respect to ancient art of Chen style Taijiquan.

Yulia Shutova，女，1983年出生于俄罗斯哈巴罗夫斯克市，现居澳大利亚悉尼。 在成长过程中，Yulia 一直对中国古老的太极艺术着迷，并了解邻国的传统和文化。 她学习中国茶道和国画艺术，喜欢看人们练习太极拳。 2014年，她有幸结识了陈式太极拳第十二代传人孙玉良老师。 师父精湛的太极功夫顿时让尤莉亚折服。 跟着老师练了一段时间后，她的身心素质有了明显的提高。 从此，Yulia决定跟随老师学习传统陈式太极拳、兵器、推手、太极拳原理等，近十年时间，在老师的严格要求和悉心指导下，她陆续学会了陈式。 太极拳老架1、老架2、陈式太极剑、太极拳推手。

十多年来，感恩老师辛勤耕耘，无私教养。 虽然距离出类拔萃还有很长的路要走，但我会继续跟随老师学习传统的陈式太极拳，并着眼于未来的提高，以求学有所成，向陈氏古老艺术致以崇高的敬意。
